This signature culinary celebration will take place atop The Landing Rooftop at Hotel Melby from 6:30 – 10 p.m., offering attendees an all-inclusive evening of fine French food, wine, live entertainment, cigars, and more.

Hosted by the Historic Downtown Melbourne Main Street organization, this year’s Flavor Experience promises an immersive and elegant evening showcasing the very best in culinary creativity and community spirit. Guests will enjoy French-inspired dishes, handcrafted cocktails, and stunning rooftop views, setting the scene for an unforgettable midsummer night.

The theme of this year’s event invites guests to don their best French Riviera Chic attire, enhancing the ambiance of elegance and European flair. With whimsical French illustrations, glasses of wine, fresh baguettes, cheese wheels, and accordion music in the air, every detail promises a transportive experience.

The event, which serves as a fundraiser for DTMB’s revitalization efforts, offers an array of ticketing and sponsorship options.

General admission is $150 per ticket, while VIP tickets, reserved for sponsors, include early entry, first access to open seating, and a sneak peek at the silent auction items.

Sponsorships are still available through August 5, with exclusive packages from $500 – $7,500.

The Flavor Experience is also accepting donations of auction items, including products and services, which offers a chance for increased visibility for your organization.
