Directed by Selena Ambush, ‘I Never Saw Another Butterfly’ is a poignant and moving one-act play based on the poetry created by Jewish children in Prague during the Holocaust.
Over 15,000 Jewish children passed through Terezin, and only a hundred were still alive when Terezin was liberated at the end of the war.
Its central theme revolves around hope, resilience, and remembering the innocence of childhood amidst the horrors of the Holocaust.
Caution: The play includes frank discussion of death.
The EFSC Cocoa Campus is located at 1519 Clearlake Road, Cocoa, FL 32922. For more information, email ambushs@easternflorida.edu.
