Eastern Florida State College Men’s Soccer Team Has 13 Players Moving On to Four-Year Schools

Titans advanced to NJCAA Division I National Tournament semifinals this season

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA — Overall, 13 members of the Eastern Florida State College men’s soccer team have decided to move on to four-year schools and play soccer.
The men’s soccer team advanced to the semifinals of the NJCAA Division I National Tournament after winning both the Region 8 title and the Southeast District championship. The Titans finished with 16 wins.
Mukisa Emmanuel has signed to attend SMU next season and be part of the men’s soccer program that advanced to the NCAA Division I National Championship Elite Eight in the fall.
Emmanuel finished the season with 26 points and also finished his two seasons with 49 points, tied for fourth with Luc Achermann-Stanfield and Jack Nelson.
Luc Achermann-Stanfield will attend the University of Tulsa in the fall. The midfielder finished his sophomore season with a school-record 20 assists and also had eight goals.

The London, England sophomore finished the season with 36 points, and his 49 points in two seasons rank him among the top five in program history.
His 31 assists is also a program record. Achermann-Stanfield was named to the NJCAA Division I All-America third team and was also a United Soccer Scholar All-American.
A couple of players have decided to continue playing on the same team as Rhys Shirley and Zak Ford are both going to attend Oral Roberts, which went 7-6-3 last season.
Ford started 19 games as a defender for this season and the Bristol, England native scored a goal and had five assists while Shirley scored six goals and had five assists this season and finishes his two seasons playing in 20 games.
Marcellus McCoy has chosen to stay in Florida and attend the University of South Florida to play for the Bulls, who went 6-6-4 last season. The defender started 26 of 31 games in two seasons with the Titans.
Adrian Adrian will be heading to Central Aransas to play for the Bears, who lost in the championship game of the ASun tournament in the fall. The forward finished with eight goals and six assists in 20 games this season.
Adrian played in 32 games in his career and had 10 goals and nine assists, including two game winners.
Ryuta Morioka will attend the University of North Florida, which was 7-8-4 in the fall. The defender started 33 of his 38 games with the Titans over two seasons.
Mateo Garcia-Galan will be headed to Marian University after starting 17 games in goal for the Titans in his sophomore season. He made 42 saves and had a 1.09 goals against average.
Yuta Hirano will go to Graceland University after spending one season with the Titans. Takuma Kiuchi will go to Union University. Kiuchi played in 20 games over two seasons and had four goals and six assists, including two game winners.
Daiki Okada has decided to attend Newman University in the Fall. Okada will leave with a record of his own, tying the record for most goals in a game. Last season, Okada had six goals against the University of Fort Lauderdale, which ties him with Cleef Desir. Okada finishes his two seasons with 11 goals and 10 assists coming off the bench.
Angelo Lemb will be heading to Tusculum University, while Niall Lovelock is heading to William Carey, which reached the semifinals of the NAIA National Championship last season.
