BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Waste Management will continue curbside bulk pickup through Saturday, Nov. 22 for residents in flood-affected areas of Mims, Port St. John, Merritt Island, and unincorporated Titusville, county officials announced.

The extended service aims to help homeowners dispose of large storm and flood-related debris safely and efficiently. Residents are encouraged to place bulk items—such as furniture, carpeting, and damaged household goods—curbside for collection on their regular pickup days.

For those able to transport debris themselves, flood-related waste can also be dropped off free of charge at the Brevard County landfill.

Officials remind residents to separate flood debris from regular household trash and yard waste to help collection crews work more efficiently.
