BREVARD COUNTY • VIERA, FLORIDA — Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is bringing its signature blend of authentic Italian flavors and warm hospitality to Viera.
Indulge at the new 5,600-square-foot location in Addison Center at Viera, near Stadium Parkway and Spur Drive.

From the famous Piesanos rolls, baked fresh daily and served complimentary with every dine-in order, to stone-fired pizzas with perfectly crafted crusts and premium toppings, every bite is designed to delight.

The design of the 5,600-square-foot venue enables patrons to enjoy Piesanos both indoors and outdoors, providing ample seating that can be tailored to accommodate any size of gathering.
The restaurant also offers a comprehensive bar service featuring a selection of eight draft beers and a well-curated assortment of quality wines available by both the glass and the bottle for certain selections.
For those who prefer to get their Piesanos’ meal to go, the restaurant has a dedicated takeout entrance that will allow for easy access for guests who are picking up their orders. Catering services are available for groups ranging from 8 to 800 people.
Piesanos proudly employs nearly 900 team members across its 13 existing locations, averaging around 70 employees per site. Additionally, the company is supported by a corporate team of 19 dedicated restaurant professionals, including its three owners.
The new Viera location is set to create approximately 100 jobs upon opening and is expected to maintain a team of 60 to 70 employees throughout the year.
Third-party ordering and delivery are available through Uber and DoorDash. Open seven days a week, Piesanos’ hours are Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
