Eastern Florida State College Men’s Soccer Player Will Blease Named NJCAA Division I Goalkeeper of Week

Titans host Miami Dade College on Thursday night

BREVARD COUNTY • FLORIDA – Eastern Florida State College men’s soccer player Will Blease was named the NJCAA Division I Goalkeeper of the Week.

The sophomore recorded a clean sheet in the Titans’ 1-0 victory over No. 3 Daytona State College on Thursday night at Orlando Health Stadium.

Blease stopped all four of the Falcons’ shots as the No. 7-ranked Titans picked up the win.

The Manchester, England native has started nine games for the Titans and has allowed just 10 goals while making 30 saves. Blease has a 1.18 goals against average, which is first in the FCSAA.

Eastern Florida State College heads into the postseason 10-2-1 and will host Miami Dade College in a Region 8 Tournament semifinal on Thursday night.
